Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with us. Below you'll find everything you need to know about our shipping process.

Processing time

All Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and bank holidays). Once your order has been processed you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping time

We have two shipping days each week: Wednesdays & Fridays (subject to change) estimated delivery times are 2-5 business days once posted. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected. 

Order tracking

Once your order has been shipped you will receive tracking information via email. You can use this to monitor your delivery status.

Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays can occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control (e.g courier delays, weather or high demand periods)

Incorrect address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout as we will not be held responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address.

Lost or stolen packages

We will not be held liable for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered. If you experience an issue please contact the shipping carrier directly.
